spring morning
the thrust of roots
through a sidewalk

What I saw in the moment, Ruthanne, is that nature never stops moving, no matter what we do to cover it up. I like to think, floots, that guys like you and me would appreciate the roots even if it were our path. But in this case it was just an ordinary sidewalk, so my theory remains untested. Glad you liked it, polona. And thanks to all of you.
