Left,  just moments ago, as a comment on Polona's blog. I recently observed that Polona has quietly been taking her place among our finest haiku poets. Get to know her, if you haven't done so already.

Bill, many thanks for the plug and the poem - which, alas, is oh so true (freezing temperatures and snow forecast again this sunday)

"snow possible" has become an expected refrain in our weather forecasts. Thanks for the visit, polona.

I whole heartedly agree about Polona! I was thrilled to spot her in a printed magazine and go 'oh, that's her, I've been reading her for years, I'm so glad I found her'. And I love the way our trips to each others blogs can prompt our own writings. The company I am able to keep really helps me as a poet and a person and I thank you Bill!

Polona has begun getting the recognition she deserves. Yes, visiting one another's blogs can be inspiring. It also gives me a sense of a special kind of community.
